Prohibited Sites The following types of sites are NOT allowed to participate in StatStrive.com: sites encouraging illegal activity or racism, sites providing instructions or discussions about performing illegal activities, sites that promote or utilize software or services designed to deliver unsolicited email, or any other sites we deem inappropriate. 4. Counter Code Modification You agree not to change the StatStrive.com counter code that you will insert on your site. 5. Copyright and Ownership You have read our copyright notice and terms and conditions, and you agree to them. We retain ownership and all rights to StatStrive.com logos, trademarks, software, trade secrets, databases, reports, and the website. 6. Liability and Risk You agree to use our services at your own risk. Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for damages, direct or consequential, resulting from your use of the service. 7. Data Ownership We both own the data regarding visitors to your website that we collect. Refund and Cancellation Policy Refunds are granted within 30 days of purchase, provided the request is made in writing to our customer support team. Cancellation of your subscription can be done at any time through your account settings. Refunds are not applicable for partial subscription periods already used.
